what's it about? (I always ask the same thing.)

“A story is a way to say something that can’t be said any other way, and it takes every word of the story to say what the meaning is. You tell a story because a statement would be inadequate. When anybody asks what the story is about, the only proper thing is to tell him to read the story.”
~Flannery O'Connor

LOVE this quote. Drives me insane when people ask me what I am reading and what it is about. I just tell them to read the flap on the inside of the book or better yet just to read the book. As if their time is more important than mine. Ha ha! This is a more polite way of putting it :)
